By working together to assure the continuation of our traditions and fuse them with innovative winemaking, Imako Vino has remained true to its founding philosophy . The success has been built on the capacity and expertise of all winemaking, viticulturist and management teams who seek to produce great quality wines recognized and appreciated worldwide.

The viticulturist team dedicates their work and love to secure healthy growth of grapes and successful present and future vintages. Also, they work closely with the growers/owners of our partnering vineyards to manage all aspects of vine health and grape quality. They are a crucial connection in the wine making process and the initial point of every vintage and every bottle of wine.

From single grape to delicious drops of wine, the team of winemakers is the one who have dedicated their enthusiasm and craftsmanship to produce great wines. Our winemakers utilize a combination of ‘old world’ wine making techniques and the best modern day technologies. Whilst year on year consistency and hitting high quality requirements are key, our wine making team is also passionate about producing premium wines which reflect vintage conditions and display the terroir characteristics.

We place a great focus of quality control of our final product. Constant monitoring and control of wine is ensured in our on-site chemical and micro-biological laboratories. Imako Vino winery is certified with ISO 22000:2005 standard for manufacturing of safe foods and HACCP.
