Winery Imako Vino is located in Vardar River Valley (Povardarie) wine region, Ovcepole wine district. A wine region with centuries old traditions in winemaking, expressive terrior and sundrenched days. Written in the DNA of our vines and our people is the insistent desire to express the very best of the terrior and produce world-class wines.

In 2002, guided by the founder’s enterprising spirit, driven by the desire to continue a family legacy of making wine, contribute to the development of Macedonia’s wine industry, and convinced of the excellence of our land and its climate, Imako Vino winery was established by Dr. Risto Ljubotenski.
